Each school’s Lead Teacher can create and manage accounts for other staff members.

To add new accounts:

  3. Open the Members tab
  4. Select Add Members
  5. Enter or paste a list of staff email addresses
  6. Click submit

Each colleague will receive an email invitation to join your school group.

  • You can track pending invitations in the Invitations tab.
  • Once a teacher accepts, their name will appear in the Members list.

Once a Lead Teacher has sent the invitations, each staff member will need to set up their account:

  1. Click the link in the invitation email.
  2. Enter your name and choose a password when prompted.
  3. After logging in for the first time, go to your Dashboard. You’ll see a message:
“You have pending group invitations. Visit your profile to see them.”
  4. Click this link to accept the invitation.

⚠️ Important: If you don’t accept the group invitation, you won’t be added to your school group.

Only Lead Teachers can remove accounts or assign new Lead Teachers.

To remove a teacher’s account:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Account Settings
  2. Click your school name
  3. Open the Members tab
  4. Find the teacher in the list and select Remove

To set up a new Lead Teacher:

  1. Go to the Members tab as above
  2. Find the teacher in the list and select Edit

The teacher will now have Lead Teacher permissions.

Only your school’s Lead Teacher can adjust this setting.

You can switch to the Quick Start Sequence at any time from your Dashboard:

  2. Click your school name
  3. Open the Edit tab
  4. Select Quick Start Sequence and click Save

When a Lead Teacher makes this change, it applies to all staff in the school.

You can switch back to the Letters and Sounds progression at any time, by following the same steps above.

If you are not receiving our emails, please follow these steps:

  1. Search your mailbox – Search for “Anima Phonics” or “sendgrid.net” to see if the email was routed somewhere unexpected.
  2. Spam/junk folder – Search for emails from website@animaphonics.com.
  3. Add to safe senders – Add website@animaphonics.com to your address book or safe sender list to improve deliverability. Then try the 'reset password' option again on the website.
  4. Check with IT provider – If you use a school or work email, the server may be blocking emails sent via SendGrid. Your IT team can whitelist the sending domain/IP addresses from SendGrid. Once they have adjusted your email settings, try the 'reset password' option again on the website.
